Anna Corvino - Olga Sukarev*

Anna Corvino attended the Scuola dell’Opera at Teatro Comunale in Bologna where she made her debut as Magda in La Rondine under the baton of José Cura, Gilda in Rigoletto, Musetta in La Bohème, Adina in L'Elisir d'Amore, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, Papagena in Die Zauberflöte (new production by Luigi De Angelis and Fanny & Alexander, Michele Mariotti conducting), II Blumenmädchen in Parsifal (Roberto Abbado conducting and Romeo Castellucci directing). She recently performed La Betulia Liberata by Mozart, conducted by Riccardo Muti at the Ravenna Festival, she sang Gianni Schicchi (Nella), Napoli Milionaria! and Fauré's Requiem in Cagliari; Monsieur Chouffleury in Jesi; Micaela in Carmen on tour in Brazil with Teatro São Pedro in São Paulo; La Traviata in Busseto with the Orchestra of Teatro Comunale in Bologna, a Verdian Gala at the Teatro Regio in Parma; Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Lecce. Ms. Corvino made her outstanding debut as Mimì in La Bohème in Salerno under the baton of Daniel Oren.

Amongst her future plans it is worth mentioning La Traviata (Violetta) at the Festival Orizzonti in Chiusi.

Sergio Vitale - De Siriex*

Recipient of various awards, Sergio Vitale made his debut at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro singing Don Profondo in Il Viaggio a Reims. During the 2010/2011 season Mr. Vitale was member of the ensemble of Deutsche Oper in Berlin. Recent engagements include: a Japanese tour with the Teatro alla Scala, singing Marullo in Rigoletto role he sang also at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam; Figaro Il barbiere di Siviglia in Trento, at Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, at Tiroler Festspiele in Erl and in San Sebastian; Licinio in Aureliano in Palmira and La Gazzetta at Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; Gianni Schicchi in Spoleto; Marcello in La Bohème for OperaLombardia on tour in Italy; Falstaff (concert version) in Ravenna. Mr. Vitale has recently made his debut as Haly in L’Italiana in Algeri, Bruno Campanella conducting at Opera in Florence.

Plans include: La Traviata (Giorgio Germont) and Falstaff (title role) at the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari; Fauré’s Requiem at the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari.

Asher Fisch - conductor

A seasoned conductor in both the operatic and symphonic worlds, Asher Fisch is especially celebrated for his interpretative command of core German and Italian repertoire of the Romantic and post-Romantic era, in particular Wagner, Brahms, Strauss, and Verdi. Mr. Fisch also conducts a wide variety of other repertoire from Gluck to contemporary works. In 2014, Mr. Fisch became the Principal Conductor and Artistic Advisor of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO). His former posts include Principal Guest Conductor of the Seattle Opera (2007-2013), where he concluded his tenure conducting the Opera's quadrennial Wagner Ring Cycle in summer 2013, Music Director of the New Israeli Opera (1998-2008), and the Wiener Volksoper (1995-2000). Praised by critics as one the finest interpreters of our time, Asher Fisch has brought his extensive repertoire in the greatest theaters and with prestigious orchestras as: the Chicago Symphony, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the London Symphony Orchestra, the Berliner Philharmoniker, the Israel Philharmonic, the Tokyo's NHK and many others. Recently he conducted: Elektra, Die Zauberflöte, Manon Lescaut, Der Fliegender Holländer and Werther in Munich and Un Ballo in Maschera in Hamburg. Mr. Fisch also conducted Orchestra Regionale Toscana in a series of concerts in Florence and on tour in Tuscany.

Plans include: Die Zauberflöte, Carmen and a series of concerts at the Teatro Regio in Turin; Tristan und Isolde at the Metropolitan Opera in New York; series of concerts in Perth, Tokyo, Sydney, Stuttgart.
